Ilene Hochberg Wood has had a successful career in many creative capacities, including fashion direction, visual merchandising, pet product design, jewelry design, visual artist, magazine editor and New York Times best-selling author of 10 books.

She has curated and created what has been described as the largest and best handbag collection in the world, pending Guinness Book verification. The collection forms the basis of a series of traveling museum exhibitions, PURSEonality, which is also the title of her upcoming book.

Brett Heeley is the East Coast Specialist for Luxury Handbags and Designer Clothing at Bonhams Auctioneers. He focuses on the intaking, authentication and appraisal of luxury goods from houses like Hermes, Chanel, Goyard and many more. Prior to joining Bonhams, he held similar positions at Freeman’s - Hindman Auctions in Chicago and Everything But The House in Cincinnati. His entry into the world of luxury goods initially started at Barneys New York in 2004 and continued with stints at Saks Fifth Avenue, Yves Saint Laurent, Birger Christensen and Jil Sander.

He attended Ohio State University, graduating with a double major in Business and Foreign languages and later attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, obtaining a degree in footwear and handbag design.

His favorite designers are Claude Montana, Thierry Mugler and Jil Sander.
